Vein Gogh Thermolysis
When laser or sclerotherapy treatment is not enough, our Vein Gogh Thermolysis can provide a solution.
We are the only clinic in Queensland to provide this revolutionary treatment. The Vein Gogh Thermolysis System provides a superior solution for the treatment of fine telangiectasia, spider veins and small angiomas that have shown a resistance to sclerotherapy, laser or IPL treatment. Vein Gogh is the fast, easy way to reliably treat these and other cosmetically unacceptable conditions, often with less discomfort compared to older therapies. The Vein Gogh treatment is usually appropriate for most patients who are in good health and are looking for a procedure that is fast and has no downtime. To find out if you are an appropriate candidate, you can arrange a consultation at our Sunshine Coast clinic.
How does Vein Gogh Thermolysis work?
Vein Gogh uses a hair-thin, insulated probe to thermocoagulate and instantly eliminates vessels on any skin-type and on any part of the body. Vein Gogh delivers outstanding results using unique, proprietary Microburst Technology™, which creates an effective, controllable heating of dermal vasculature without significant discomfort or visible damage to the surrounding tissue. One of the best parts about this treatment is the rapid treatment time, which can range from as little as a minute for minor lesions, and up to 20-25 minutes for more extensive conditions which are often located on the legs. Vein Gogh is comparatively less painful than many other vein treatments and has been described by patients as a slight ‘pinch’ similar to a hair being removed.
Will there be any downtime?
Following the treatment, you might experience some mild redness that will soon pass. After undergoing Vein Gogh, you can resume your daily life immediately, as the skin suffers no trauma. Also, there will be no need for bandages after the procedure, and due to its precise natures, there is almost no chance of over-treating and the risk of scarring is minimal, much less than other vein procedures.
Benefits of Vein Gogh treatment:
- Consistent and long-term results, with little or no discomfort.
- Extremely fast treatment time.
- Clears recalcitrant vessels that laser/IPL and sclerotherapy leave behind.
- Fast, immediate results.
- Treats the veins without damaging the surrounding tissues.
- Usually, only a single treatment required for the face.
- Virtually no downtime
